Our Moscow office is located near Belorusskaya metro — 1st Yamskogo Polya St, 1, bldg 2, entrance B, open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. Orient Translating has been operating since 2015; our head office is in Saint Petersburg, but the full range of services is available here in Moscow as well.

Most requests at the Moscow office are for notarial translation — passports, diplomas, birth and marriage certificates, driver's licences. Certification is handled by our partner notary on site, so there's no need to visit a separate office before submitting documents to Moscow consulates and government bodies.

A certified translation is normally ready within one business day, and if time is tight there's an urgent option with a 1.5-hour turnaround — useful before an MFC or consulate appointment.

Beyond notarial work, our Moscow team handles written translation — contracts, technical documentation, medical records — as well as website and app localisation. We also offer oral interpretation, consecutive and simultaneous, for business negotiations, court proceedings and conferences.

We cover 40+ language pairs, from English and German to Finnish, Chinese, Arabic and Hebrew. If a document needs to be recognised abroad, we can arrange an apostille on the original and translate the full package.

A dedicated migration services team supports foreign nationals through temporary residence (RVP), permanent residency (VNJ) and Russian citizenship applications — from preparing the document package to submission.
